Void Ascent is provided free of charge for personal entertainment. The game, visuals, audio, and code are owned by the developer. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as allowed by applicable law.

LEADERBOARD NAMES

You are responsible for the display name you submit. Do not use offensive, misleading, or personal-identifying names. We may remove entries that violate these rules.

ADS

The game is ad-supported. Third-party ad networks (Google AdMob on iOS, Google AdSense on the web) may collect data as described in our privacy policy.

DISCLAIMER

The game is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the game, including lost progress, leaderboard entries, or device issues.

CHANGES

These terms may be updated. Continued play after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
